M/s Dadi Bicycle Pvt. Ltd, was formerly started its business in the name of M/s Padma Cycle & Spares in may, 1987 under the sole proprietorship of Mr. Nishkam Varshney. Mrs. Padma Devi was the name of in his business his grand mother for whom he was very much affectionate. Because of this reason, he opted her name in his business and made her preachings as moto-Inspired by old to do new and honest things in life.

In the beginning, it deals with wholesale and retail trade of spare-parts of cycles. Later on, within a short spell of time, his business by virtue of his honesty and sincerety earned name and fame and thus became one of the leading traders of cycles and spare – parts of Delhi. With its increasing popularity, the branded manufactures of cycles and spare- parts like Siwhney Tyres and Tubes Company, Ralson India, international Metro Tyres, Radhu Tubes, Bhogal, Hero Cycles Company and TI Cycles of India approached it to provide their dealership of their products.

In 2000, M/s Dadi Bicycle Pvt. Ltd. came into existence and started sharing of about 40% of sale of cycles and spare-parts of entire Delhi. Based on this, tow leading cycles companies namely M/s Hero Cycles of India and M/s TI Cycles of India have granted their highest award Top Dealer of the State.

In 2005, T I Cycles of India, Chennai granted to M/s Dadi Bicycle Pvt. Ltd. distributorship of Delhi to deal exclusively of its products. Since then, it deals only cycles and related products of this company. Such products deal with full range of cycles, health equipments, sports, tricycles, scooty, etc., for every segment of population. They are more sturdy, have long life and competitive both at national and international markets, as compared to their counter-parts.

FUTURE VISION :-
In our country, the use of cycle by the people is considered as a poor men’s means of transportation. Moreover it is not covsidlveel as health segment for maintaining good health. On Contrary in foreign countries, the use of cycle as a vehicle by the people is considered as one of the important segments of maintaining good health and they also feel as privileged and not as a second grade citizeus of transportation. It is actually a very low cost means of transportation, help in maintaining good health and keep atmosphere free from pollution and tensions.

Keeping above in view, the one the primary objectives of M/s Dadi Bicycle Pvt. Ltd. Is to change the attiude of the people andto make the under stand regarding the usefulness of cycles as a means of transportation with proud and dignity and as segment of maintaining good health and make pollution free atmosphere. To achieve above, it organizes rallies, camps, seminars, etc. to educate the people about the usefulness of the use of cycles and other related equipments in their day to day lives for serving a good cause of the society. Thus use of cycle make India healthier and wisher.

INTRODUCTION OF AN UNIQUE SYSTEM OF SALE SERVICE:
The retail out- lets are very much concerned about the customer’s satisfaction after sale service. They provide guarantee of free replacement of frame if it is defected with in two years and one year for handle and forg. They have also developed a efficient system of providing three free after sale service in first three months both at their workshop and also at the door- step level of the customers. However, latter is a paid one. Such system has not been developed by any partner of cycle industries in the country.

The annual turn over of cycles and other products of M/s Dadi Bicycle Pvt. Ltd. is very much increasingly well. The affairs of the company are dedicatedly managed by Dr. R.G. Varshney, Manging Director and other two directors namely Mr. Nishkam varshney and Mrs. Lata Varshney.
